Spicy Asian Cashew Sauce

Serve this zesty sauce over rice, steamed vegetables, grilled chicken or pork for a bold and creamy departure from your usual weekday dinner menu.

  • 1/2 cup Maranatha Cashew Butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1-5 tsp Loriva 5 Pepper Oil (to taste)
  • 1-3 tsp teaspoon freshly chopped ginger (to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: minced garlic. curry powder. cayenne pepper or other favorite seasoning

Whisk butter, milk, oil and ginger together in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Taste and add salt, if desired. Heat until sauce is warmed through.
