    • Directions:
      1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
      2. In a shallow dish combine the flour, seafood seasoning, salt & pepper. Dredge the Tilapia and coat each side.
      3. Heat oil in large heavy bottomed pan, over a medium high heat. Shake off excess flour and place fillets in pan. Brown each side, about 2 to 3 minutes each side.
      4. Transfer Tilapia to a lined baking sheet and keep warm in oven while you prepare the sauce.
      5. Turn the heat down and using the same pan, add the coconut butter. Once the coconut butter has melted, add in the garlic, lemon juice and parsley and sauté for 2 minutes.
      6. Place the fillets on to a serving platter and pour over the sauce. Serve right away.
