- Ingredients:
 - 1/4 cup Arrowhead Mills® Organic All Purpose Flour
 - 2 Tsp seafood seasoning
 - 1 Tsp Hain® Sea Salt
 - 1 1/2lb Tilapia fillets
 - 2 Tbl of Spectrum® Sunflower Oil
 - 2 Tbl of MaraNatha® All-Natural Coconut Butter
 - 1 tsp chopped fresh garlic
 - 2 Tbl fresh lemon juice
 - 1 Tbl fresh chopped flat leaf parsley

- Directions:
 - Preheat oven to 300°F.
 - In a shallow dish combine the flour, seafood seasoning, salt & pepper. Dredge the Tilapia and coat each side.
 - Heat oil in large heavy bottomed pan, over a medium high heat. Shake off excess flour and place fillets in pan. Brown each side, about 2 to 3 minutes each side.
 - Transfer Tilapia to a lined baking sheet and keep warm in oven while you prepare the sauce.
 - Turn the heat down and using the same pan, add the coconut butter. Once the coconut butter has melted, add in the garlic, lemon juice and parsley and sauté for 2 minutes.
 - Place the fillets on to a serving platter and pour over the sauce. Serve right away.
